Events of the 2017 Mongoose Cup
* Surfboard Release Party at Hobie Surf Shop - Friday night 6:00pm to 8:00pm
* Sophia Tiar'e Bartlow Memorial Paddle Out - Love, Shine Glow
* Musical performances by Kalama Brothers, Tropical Blues & Hobie Cats * Dana Point Harbor One Mile Time Trail

Open to all SUP categories (12'6", 14' & UL) & Prone Paddleboard (12' & 14')
* Kid's SUP Races (12'6" & under): boys & girls age groups, (8 & under), (9 to 11), (12 to 14) and Juniors (15 to 17).
*Dana Cove Paddleboard Sprints (12' stock): Open, Jr. (18 & under), Senior (35 & 49), Master (50-59), Senior Master (60+).
* Sport of Kings Races (12'6" & under): Open, Jr. (18 & under) and Senior (40 & over).
*Luck of the Draw Relays: All Mongoose Cup entrants can enter the mixed relays.
* Adaptive Paddling: special equipment & instruction available to disabled paddlers (must be self supported).
