Pacific Paddle Games 2018

The annual Pacific Paddle Games, bigger and better than ever, came to a close last Sunday night. The weekend was filled with pro, amateur, and youth paddle boarding contests, including a team relay race, as well as non-competitive events like SUP clinics and demos, great food and drink with live music, local vendors, and the much anticipated afterparty! The Games held at Doheny State Beach, now in its 4th year, has quickly become one of the most anticipated SUP events of the year with an impressive prize purse of $60K, and attracting the best paddle board riders from around the world.

Check out SUP Magazine’s PPG pages for a detailed recap on all of the weekend’s happenings, including race results. If you didn’t make it out this year, the good news is that you now have a full year to prepare and train for next year’s games!
