Tuflite V-Tech construction innovated by Surftech uses a high-fused waterproof closed-cell EPS foam core that is hand-shaped and molded to a precise shape, then wrapped fiberglass for natural flex and strength, and finally laminated with GreenPoxy® resin. This process results in a durable, lightweight, and responsive board with a seamless, hard-shell, enhanced with vacuum bagging technology.
