The SIC Maliko is a premium carbon paddle that is super lightweight, and excellent for all-around performance and recreational paddling. The Maliko 80 Slim is the perfect paddle for those looking for a lower resistance in their paddle stroke (vs. a larger blade), and the slimmer shaft size gets you a loose comfortable grip. The smaller blade and balanced flex shaft are gentler on your shoulders and lower back which is perfect for those with old injuries, and is also good for those who paddle long distances. The non-slip texture on the shaft will give both comfort and solid grip while paddling hard. The shaft is compatible with both SIC's Ergo2 handle, or the Lever Lock adjustable handle. The Carbon blade features an ABS tip protection, sandwiched between the carbon layers to improve overall strength and durability.
